đẩy việc đăng kz và sử dụng tên miền quốc gia nhưng sự thay đổi tại một số địa&#xD;
phương rất nhỏ. Do đó, năm nay VECOM không xếp hạng chỉ số với những địa phương&#xD;
với trung bình trên 2000 dân mới có một tên miền quốc gia.</summary>
